What it does
- Answers your business line with your company name, at any hour
- Asks the questions you would ask: where the water is coming in, how old the roof is, whether there was hail or wind, if it is one story or two
- Quotes from your own calculator: repairs, emergency tarps, replacements by roof type, gutters
- Marks leaks and storm damage as urgent and texts you a summary right away
- Books the inspection on your calendar if you allow it
- Switches to Spanish or Portuguese when the caller does
What it does not do
It does not promise a crew in an hour unless you set that up, it does not diagnose a roof over the phone, and it never tells anyone their insurance will pay. It gives your prices as a ballpark and says the roofer confirms on site.
Why it matters
Roofing calls come in waves: a quiet week, then a storm and forty calls in two days, most of them after dark. The first company that answers and sets a time usually gets the inspection. One extra replacement a year pays for the plan many times over.
